RETURN POLICY
Requests for refunds and/or exchanges must be made by email within 7 (seven) days of the order’s delivery date. For a full refund or exchange, jewelry must be in unworn condition, in original packaging, and immediately available for resale. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment (including gift cards) after jewelry is received, inspected, and approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If jewelry is defective in any way, or damaged during transit, it will be replaced at no cost to you, or it can be returned for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be covered in the case of defective or damaged products.
After seven days of receipt of an order, or in the case that jewelry has been worn, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
